     Winter SolsticE celebration:  Saturday,       DecEMBER 16 @ 5 p.m.

      A Festivus for the                 Rest of Us

Join us for a fun secular celebration of the season! 

Humanists of Minnesota are hosts this year           of this annual event which we sponsor                with Minnesota Atheists.

          Freethinkers are re-making the holiday                      based on the  real reason for the season --                     the WINTER SOLSTICE (i.e. axial tilt) --               to create a FESTIVUS for the rest of us!  

           

     REGISTER BELOW.  deadline is December 7.  seating is limited.

$35 for Dinner and Entertainment

$30 for dues-paying members

                                                     (of either Humanists of Minnesota or Minnesota Atheists)

                                                                          $10 for Entertainment only

 

 •  Enjoy a fun-filled evening with dinner, comedy, music and seasonal reflections among friends.

 • Trim the Festivus Pole with your gift for Bridge for Youth (here are some suggestions).

 • Participate in Festivus Activities: Airing of political grievances, feats of strength and secular caroling.

 • Experience a timely mummers play: The Emperor’s New Clothes!
